(Head to Seafoam Islands for Articuno, the Power Plant for Zapdos and Victory Route.) If you have caught them though, you can e'er attempt to catch one in the wild, should you wish to attempt to get i with better IVs and stats.

Articuno Master

The second step in attaining mastery over them, is to brand them go powerful enough to impress their associated Master Trainers. This can be done via intense levelling upwards, in combination with feeding them with a lot of Candy, since each Legendary Bird Pokémon needs to have 7,500 CP.

In one case Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres have reached 7,500 CP, it is time to hunt down the Chief Trainers who wish to see them, which in itself is an easy task. Although the Principal Trainers are not in the direct area of where you discover each Legendary Bird Pokémon, they can be found in the vicinity.
